MA Project - Tangled collection

The ‘Tangled collection’ is a home wear range aimed at a mid range female audience (25-35). For this collection I wanted to apply my designs to real life products, to show the variety of surfaces that my designs could work on. I created sophisticated designs to appeal to a mid range audience. I chose to apply my designs to items that would be appropriate for the target audience, including a scarf, cushions and ceramics. I used a mixture of delicate continuous line drawings teamed with bold paper cut leaves to create these designs. My colour scheme for these designs was inspired by the leaf wall I made.

I chose to apply my designs to two different shape cushions as I wanted to see how the compositions would differ

I wanted to apply a pattern to a silk scarf as I thought this would be a suitable item for my target audience
